Job Description Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on kitchen and laundry equipment (e.g., ovens, dishwashers, washing machines, dryers, steam presses). Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines during repairs. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and spare parts inventory. Coordinate with the Engineering team for scheduled servicing and emergency repairs. Respond quickly to guest and operational requests related to kitchen and laundry equipment. Assist in energy-saving initiatives and equipment optimization. Qualifications Min. 2 years experience in a similar role in a five-star Hotel brand Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of safety procedures.
