In case of emergency should report to work immediately Maintain operation log sheet and to review with Engineering supervisor /Assit. Chief Engineer. Work closely with peers to assist in their jobs when requested by Assistant Chief Engineer and Engineering Supervisor Follow maintenance and cleaning schedule strictly for Kitchen and Laundry equipments.
