  • Minimum 1 year experience in restaurant management
  • Strong knowledge of food production tasks and routines, able to effectively communicate with other team members

    This isn’t another seasonal service position. This is an opportunity to work with BEAR Steak Sandwiches, Toronto’s premium fast casual sandwich spot. Responsibilities
  • Oversee execution of day-to-day operations, and lead team of part-time staff over time
  • Ensure that systems are implemented in all facets of kitchen (prep/open/close)
  • Manage inventory and ordering of kitchen supplies/ingredients
  • Coordinate with management team on day-to-day operations/SWOT analysis
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to DineSafe regulations
  • Interact with customers to provide superior service experience, and de-escalate complaints/concerns where necessary
