REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years of experience in the restaurant kitchen industry(preferred)
• Be eligible to work in the UK
• Excellent Customer Service Skills

• Passionate and enthusiastic about exceeding customer expectation through kitchen management excellence.
• A good leader and team player skills.
• Be able to order and receive food deliveries.
• Ensure daily book work and temperature records are kept up to date as per required standards.
• Very high restaurant hygiene.
• Supervisory skills and enthusiasm - oversee the day to day running of the kitchen.
• Daily team briefings and target setting.
• Be able to deliver high-quality service and products in the restaurant consistently.
• Oversee and ensuring strict compliance with food safety standards.
• Following health & safety procedures.
• Co-ordinating and training kitchen staff.
• Working closely with the store manager.
