Description
The Kitchen Lead Cook is a seasonal, full-time position with potential opportunities for year-round employment.  The position requires availability for days and weekends in April and days, nights, and weekends from May to September.   The Lead Cook is responsible for ensuring all items are cooked according to the book and the front line never runs out of fresh hot food.  Cooks also cook all Snack Shack hot food.  This role ensures that food is cooked safely and that all paperwork is completed.
