Plassey Leisure Park, a family-owned and run company is recruiting for a Kitchen Lead / Cook for their busy Golf Clubhouse.
Nestled in 250 acres of park and woodland in the picturesque Dee Valley, North Wales, our luxury holiday park is more than just somewhere to stay. We have everything our guests need right here to make their holiday outstanding.
You will be an organised, reliable cook with good communication skills and will be passionate about consistently delivering the highest standard of food, beverages & associated services, you will have experience and be committed in stock management & upholding the food & hygiene standards of the kitchen. You will have the ability to work well within a team alongside the ability to work autonomously. You will be serving a range of high quality breakfasts, quality bar snacks and fast food. The emphasis is on delivering the highest standards of quality and service.
You will possess excellent customer service skills and a flexible can-do attitude. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for maintaining impeccable hygiene standards and adhering to food safety legislation within the kitchen and the establishment as a whole.

REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of 12 months experience working in a similar role.
• Conscientious and hard working
• Excellent work ethic
• The flexibility to cover various shifts throughout our busy season
• Due to the location of the business, independent transport is essential
