In this role, you will lead the kitchen operations for our Chinese food division, ensuring consistency, creativity, and quality in every dish. You will drive performance through strong leadership, menu innovation, and excellent operational standards, while also managing cost control and team development. Requirements: Minimum D3 degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field 3+ years of experience as Head Chef or Senior Cook in Chinese cuisine Proficient in HACCP standards, inventory management, and FIFO/FEFO systems Solid understanding of COGS and effective kitchen cost control strategies Neat, professional appearance and a strong problem-solving attitude Responsibilities: Supervise and ensure smooth daily kitchen operations across outlets Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain quality and consistency Enforce hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP) strictly Manage stock efficiently using FIFO/FEFO and monitor inventory usage Implement cost control measures and maintain COGS within budget Our selection procedure in a nutshell: Our interview process is straightforward—just a few conversations with HR and our Users.
