Role: Kitchen Management Trainer
Job type: Contract/Temp role
Location: 27 greenfield Parade, Bankstown
Salary: $45 -$55 per hour

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for qualified Trainer for Kitchen Management. To be a successful trainer, you will need to have an in-depth knowledge of Kitchen Management and a passion for mentioning and passing on your knowledge to the next generations. Inspire and deliver the assigned programs using their extensive knowledge, past experience, and examples guided by comprehensive learning materials. Provide support and feedback to ensure successful completion of programs.
As a Trainer and Assessor, you will be responsible for the delivery of Certificate IV in Kitchen Management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Hold Certificate IV in Kitchen Management.
  • TAE is preffered or willing to get one
  • Proven industry experience with a strong understanding of current techniques, materials, and safety standards.
  • Experience in training, teaching, or lecturing is desirable.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Be able to demonstrate trainer matrix relevant to the course
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong time-management and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of current industry standards and practices
  • Confidence and motivation to deliver first-class face-to-face education.
  • Sensitivity and the ability to adapt teaching styles to students of different cultural backgrounds
  • Design, prepare, deliver and assess vocational education and training programs
  • Research, adapt and develop innovative learning practices and delivery options that enhance the Program area’s capacity to meet the learning needs of students
  • Ensure that learning and teaching materials including learning resources, assessment tools, delivery and assessment plans, and student information are developed and that they are appropriately recorded and stored

    Pay: $45.00 – $55.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Certificate IV in Kitchen Management (Preferred)
  • TAE (Preferred)
