OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Kitchen Manager to oversee our kitchen operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, culinary experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. As the Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen team, ensuring food quality and safety, managing inventory, and maintaining a positive work atmosphere.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in kitchen management or restaurant management within quick service or casual dining environments.
  • Strong culinary skills with experience in food production, catering, or fine dining preferred.
  • Excellent supervisory experience with a focus on team management and staff training.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in the food industry.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately with prior cash handling experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Experience with shift management and scheduling within a busy kitchen setting.
  • Familiarity with hospitality management principles is a plus.

Responsibilities
