REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume restaurant
  • Extensive knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and culinary techniques
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Food safety and sanitation certification is a plus
