Kitchen Manager (With Potential Growth into Assistant General Manager)
We’re looking for a motivated Kitchen Manager to lead food operations at our family trampoline park! This role oversees kitchen staff, food prep, inventory, and safety standards. The right candidate will have strong leadership skills and the drive to grow into a full-time Assistant General Manager role, learning all aspects of park operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years in food service or kitchen leadership (preferred).
• Strong organizational and people skills.
• ServSafe or food safety knowledge a plus.

• Manage kitchen staff, schedules, and food safety.
• Oversee prep, cooking, and service quality.
• Control inventory and ordering.
• Support overall park operations as needed.
