Beech Mountain Resort is hiring a Kitchen Manager to lead operations at 5506’, our premier mountaintop restaurant and one of the highest elevation dining experiences in the Southeast. This is a full-time, year-round leadership role focused on high-quality execution, seasonal menu development, and effective team management in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Oversee all kitchen operations at 5506’
• Manage food purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships
• Lead seasonal menu creation and execution
• Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and safety standards
• Hire, train, and supervise back-of-house staff
• Maintain compliance with health department regulations
• Develop staff schedules and manage labor and food costs
• Collaborate with the front-of-house and events teams for seamless service
