Ggiata is a New Jersey-style Italian deli bringing big, bold sandwiches, fresh salads, and house-made desserts to LA. Everything we serve is made in-house — from sauces and dressings to biscuits and cookies. With five locations (and more on the way), we’re growing fast and looking for passionate team members who want to grow with us.

REQUIREMENTS (MUST-HAVES)

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal & written)
  • Previous kitchen management experience in a fast-paced setting
  • Able to stand/walk/move for 10+ hours and lift 40 lbs
  • Comfortable working 40+ hours per week
  • Strong conflict resolution and team leadership skills
  • Able to follow and communicate recipes clearly
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, etc.)
  • Tech-savvy: POS systems, spreadsheets, apps, etc.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and a great communicator
