JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Kitchen Manager to work alongside our current manager and oversee our food operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in food production and preparation. As the Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for managing kitchen staff, ensuring food safety standards are met, and maintaining a high level of food quality and service in a fast-paced environment. Working between 2 sites and the option to live onsite with a self contained one bedroom studio apartment rentalised as a pro rata out of the salary.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen or restaurant setting
  • Strong culinary skills with a solid understanding of food preparation techniques
  • Experience in team management and leadership within a hospitality environment
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Previous experience in food production or cooking is essential
  • A passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences through quality food and service
    Job Type: Permanent
    Pay: £30,000.00-£39,000.00 per year
