Toronto Tikki Company seeks a full-time Kitchen Manager/Chef for their new startup concept specializing in Delhi-style street food (tikki & chaats). Indian kitchen experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring recipe consistency and high food quality
• Follow and implement menu SOPs
• Handle procurement, maintain inventory levels, and order supplies as needed
• Maintain kitchen organization, cleanliness, and adhere to food safety standards
• Manage store operations, scheduling, and staff development
• Address customer inquiries and help deliver a great experience

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an Indian kitchen, specializing in North Indian/Delhi-style cuisine
• Strong leadership and staff management skills
• High standards for quality, consistency, and safety
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Culinary certificate or equivalent experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
