Create new recipes and multiple daily features with expert plate presentation
Plan menus and ensure all food coming out of kitchen meets quality standards. Ensure food and labour costs are consistently in line. This Job has an expectation of approximately 44 hours per week.

You must be an individual who can remain calm at ALL times. Must be proficient in butchering, food preparation, expert plate presentation along with maintaining records of food costs, rotation, sales and inventory. Preparation of meals a la minute making adjustments for allergies. Prepare and cook food daily for special guests and or functions.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
Fast paced environment, must be able to work under pressure. Physically demanding, attention to detail. Combination of walking and standing for extended periods. Must have Food Handlers Certificate.
