JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and a passion for delivering exceptional food service. As the Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role within the food service industry.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to address guest concerns effectively.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Experience in bartending is a plus, enhancing overall beverage service quality.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively lead a team and interact with customers.
  • Proficiency in basic cooking techniques with a passion for culinary arts.
