Want to be part of an awesome Christian ministry passionate about helping teenage males? Join our dedicated team at Rock Solid Refuge, where we operate a 12-month program nestled amidst the serene beauty of southwest Saskatchewan, where you can afford a house, or if you want, live with other staff on site in staff housing and do life together.
Our program stands as a transformative sanctuary, empowering adolescents with life-controlling issues through Christ, academic growth, and invaluable life-skills training, counselling, and hands on life experience through community living.
Rock Solid Refuge is a one-of-a-kind program in Canada, providing faith-based guidance and support for the issues teens face in a whole-life environment. Jonas, a Rock Solid intern said “These kids are people society doesn’t care about, they’ve been thrown aside. But they matter. They matter a lot! And God is doing amazing work in their lives.” We are looking for people who have a heart for youth and are looking for a place to use their business and people management skills to support organizational leaders in delivering this exceptional program.
