Cosette Wine Bar & Bottleshop is seeking a culinary-driven, business-minded Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house operations. This role blends creativity with precision, overseeing daily kitchen functions while maintaining the systems and standards that define our guest experience. The Kitchen Manager supports the owner, following their specifications and guidelines. This role will operate the daily responsibilities of the kitchen, opening and closing 5 days a week.
They will work in conjunction with the owner and FOH manager, to handle ordering, scheduling, food and labor costs, preparing, and cooking all food at Cosette.
Compensation: Salary ($69,000.00 - $75,000.00)
