Are you a skilled and experienced kitchen professional looking for a leadership role? We are searching for a dedicated Kitchen Manager to help oversee our Back of House (BOH) operations and ensure excellence in food quality, consistency, and team performance.
This is a temporary contract, however, if the applicant builds a strong relationship with the company, there is a possibility of permanent placement.

Requirements:

✔ 5+ years of restaurant experience
✔ Prior managerial experience
✔ Hands-on experience in all BOH positions
✔ Strong English communication skills
✔ Proficiency with communication technology (email, chat, group chat)
✔ Experience working with team-based staff groups
✔ POS experience – both usage and maintenance
✔ Ability to work long shifts
✔ Strong knife skills
✔ Ability to support and maintain existing systems for consistency
✔ Experience with food costing
✔ Valid Food Handlers Certification
✔ Excellent customer service skills
✔ Strong team leadership and social skills

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 5 months
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
