We are opening a new full-service restaurant in Shell Beach serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This role may begin at an existing location prior to the new restaurant opening. Position Summary The Kitchen Manager is a key leader responsible for daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality and consistency in food production, cost controls, inventory management, and team supervision. This role executes established menus and systems with precision and works closely with the General Manager and ownership.
