JOB SUMMARY

We are hiring a Kitchen Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations while working/cooking hands-on alongside the team. This role requires strong cooking ability, leadership skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume kitchen with a focus on food quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of kitchen management or sous chef experience in a high-volume restaurant.
  • Strong cooking skills and ability to lead by example.
  • Experience with scheduling, inventory, and cost management.
  • ServSafe or Food Handler certification (or ability to obtain).
  • Flexible schedule including early morning, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Stand for long periods and work in hot/cold environments.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical kitchen tasks safely.
  • Frequent handwashing and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
