We are looking for an experienced, ambitious and enthusiastic Kitchen Manager, with high standards and a true passion for great food and people, to join our young and expanding farmily! In charge of the daily kitchen operations, costs, health and safety, productivity and food quality, the Kitchen Manager will also be responsible for the kitchen team performance and development.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in kitchen management and supervision
  • Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation and safety
  • Background in restaurant and hospitality environments
  • Leadership abilities to effectively manage kitchen staff
  • Knowledge of food production and cooking techniques
  • Relevant experience in bartending or as a barista is a plus
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: £36,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
