JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Kitchen Manager to cook and oversee our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional food service. As the Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for managing kitchen staff, ensuring food safety standards are met, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a kitchen management role or similar position within the food service industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Knowledge of food handling techniques, food safety regulations, and best practices in kitchen operations.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to interact positively with staff.
  • Experience conducting interviews and training staff is desirable.
