We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, along with excellent leadership skills to manage a team effectively. SKILLS

    Our Team is looking for an experience Manager that can lead a team. This role will have the ability to help our Hospitality group expand with several other locations. We would provide on-site accommodations if necessary for the appropriate candidate.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and safety standards are met
  • Manage food preparation and cooking processes to maintain consistency and excellence
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering and receiving supplies
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to enhance their skills and performance
  • Implement and enforce food safety protocols and hygiene practices
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records using POS systems,
  • Conduct interviews for new kitchen staff and participate in the hiring process
  • Develop menus in collaboration with management to reflect seasonal offerings and customer preferences
