We are currently seeking highly skilled, motivated, and experienced individuals to join our teams, as Kitchen Managers specializing in breakfast operations. As a leader, you are responsible for people development, food quality, and service for our valued guests. You will work side by side with your team members, leading by example, positive communication, and accountability.

  • Hourly position 40-45 hour work week

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to food safety standards.
  • Manage control costs without compromising quality
  • Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff by promoting teamwork and guidance.
  • Monitor performance, provide feedback, and implement performance improvement plans when necessary
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, complying with health and safety regulations
  • Foster a collaborative work environment where teams feel valued and empowered through effective communications
  • Build positive relationships based on trust, respect, integrity, and empathy

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or in a similar leadership role
  • Extensive knowledge of breakfast and lunch cooking techniques, ingredients and presentation
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Exceptional work ethic and the ability to effectively manage, inspire, and motivate a team
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Demonstrate interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence
  • Passion for people development and the ability to train and mentor staff
  • Open to continuously improve as a leader through constructive feedback and actively working on your leadership skills
