Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations in a restaurant
- Ensure food quality and presentation meets high standards
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a restaurant setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
