OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Kitchen work and catering, and kitchen management. As the Head Chef, you will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role within the restaurant or catering industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food production techniques, and inventory management.
  • Experience in supervising kitchen staff and managing shifts effectively.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in food presentation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
    Pay: $42,884.09 - $55,645.36 per year
    Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
