JOB OVERVIEW

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Proven experience in fast paced, banquet setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food service operations, kitchen management, and culinary techniques.
  • Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A passion for culinary arts and commitment to delivering outstanding dining experiences.
