THE ROLE

We’re looking for an energetic, organised, and passionate Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house operations and drive food quality, team performance, and kitchen efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and lead the kitchen team (Kitchen Hands & KPs)
• Ensure smooth kitchen operations and consistent food quality
• Implement and maintain 5-star hygiene and EHO compliance
• Control ordering, stock levels, and reduce waste
• Create team schedules and support staff training & well-being
• Work closely with the General Manager and FOH team
