We are seeking an experienced and passionate Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team at Thundercat Pub Diner The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of American food, health and safety, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As the Kitchen Manager, you will play a crucial role team management, and ensuring the overall success of our kitchen operations.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager/Head Chef or in a similar role within a restaurant setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse kitchen team.
  • Experience in menu planning and execution with an emphasis on creativity and presentation.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
  • A passion for cooking and an eagerness to help develop junior chefs within the team.
