Responsibilities
  • Lead daily BOH operations with energy and excellence, reporting directly to our Regional Manager.
  • Elevate food quality & safety standards while keeping things efficient and fun.
  • Flex your creativity: develop new dishes, add your stamp to our menu, and help us push the Vic’s brand forward.
  • Build, hire, train, and inspire a high-performing kitchen team that believes in our “one team, one dream” culture.
  • Handle ordering, vendor relationships, and inventory with precision.
  • Oversee scheduling, labour targets, and performance management for your crew.
  • Keep the kitchen buzzing with positive energy, teamwork, and high engagement.
