Job Summary -
We are looking for a dedicated kitchen manager to join the Juice Bros family to ensure the highest standards of food quality and service. At Juice Bros we believe in spreading good vibes through real food, that’s healthy as well as tasty and you’ll lead the way in creating a unit to be proud of. You’ll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion and ensuring our guests come back for more.

Responsibilities –

  • Lead, train & inspire the team to deliver consistent high quality food and drink.
  • Ensure operational excellence across food hygiene, guest satisfaction and team performance.
  • Maintain stock levels, manage margins and control orders and accuracy.
  • Uphold highest health and safety and cleanliness standards including compliance documentation.
  • Drive overall site performance across sales, brand standards and guest measures.

Requirements –

  • Experience in a similar role as kitchen manager or ready to step up from a sous chef or junior kitchen manager position.
  • Passion for food and proud of the quality and presentation of the dishes.
  • Be a motivational leader who keeps food hygiene standards high always.
  • Clear communicator to lead the team effectively.
  • Prepared to be hands on which is needed when working in a small team.
