We’re now looking for a Kitchen Manager / Kitchen Lead – someone who can lead the kitchen with confidence, mentor a small, close-knit team and take pleasure in working with seasonal, high-quality produce while enjoying creative freedom. THE ROLE

• Leading day-to-day kitchen operations in a growing bistro
• Working closely with the manager and the owners to refine menus, systems and standards
• Coaching and supporting a small, ambitious team
• Keeping the kitchen efficient, creative, and well-organised
• Ensuring every plate not only tastes exceptional but looks beautiful on the table
