JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Kitchen Manager to oversee our kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, culinary experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. As the Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for managing kitchen staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining inventory control while fostering a positive team environment.

SKILLS

  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills.
  • Proficiency in POS systems (Aloha POS, Micros POS) for efficient order processing.
  • Experience in quick service & fast food restaurant environments as well as fine dining establishments.
  • Excellent inventory control skills with an understanding of food management practices.
  • Proven ability in staff training, development, and team management.
  • Strong leadership qualities with experience in supervising kitchen staff.
  • Background in hospitality management with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Familiarity with budgeting processes within a restaurant setting.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for handling food.
  • Experience in casual dining, banquet services, catering, or bar operations is a plus.
