KITCHEN MANAGER – LANDMARK BAR & KITCHEN

Location: Addison, TX

You’ll be working closely with SS Hospitality leadership to bring this location to life.
This is not a corporate clipboard gig. We’re looking for someone who leads in the kitchen, holds the team to high standards, and loves being present in the action.
Position Summary
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team and maintain the high standards that make Landmark so beloved. You’ll thrive in a vibrant, fast-paced environment and help ensure that each guest enjoys top-notch food and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and schedule kitchen staff for both lunch and dinner services
  • Manage food prep, monitor portion control, and maintain consistency and quality
  • Coordinate with FOH to ensure smooth operations and timely service
  • Maintain cleanliness and ensure compliance with all food safety and health regulations
  • Inventory, ordering, and cost control measures
  • Foster a positive, fun, and team-oriented kitchen culture.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in a shift lead in a restaurant kitchen
  • 5 years kitchen experience
  • Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a high-energy, entertainment-driven environment
  • Knowledge of health regulations and food safety standards
  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and specialty events

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
