Salary: $50,169.00/yr Schedule: Consistent 40hrs/wk with 2 days in a row off Days/Hours: Fri-Tues (Fri/Sat 5am-2pm, Sun/Mon 10am-6:30pm, Tues 12:30-9pm) We are looking for someone who: Has excellent leadership skills and sees themselves as part of the team. Can inspire, support, and train a team to consistently produce excellent food and provide excellent customer service. Has experience in managing a commercial kitchen, or similar prepared foods operation. Is passionate about working with the best natural and organic foods. Has a great work ethic, is very productive, and has excellent organizational and time management skills. Has high standards for kitchen sanitation, food safety, and kitchen production. Is experienced in managing labor and food costs Is computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Excel Can lift up to 30 pounds (frequently), and up to 50 pounds (occasionally).
