We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team at Jones Landing on Peaks Island. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the food industry, with experience in menu planning and managing a team, as well as working well with others.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in the dietary department or as a dietary aide is preferred.
  • Background in fine dining or restaurant settings is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal preparation processes.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
  • Experience in catering services will be considered an asset.
