The Kitchen Manager role is to provide strategic leadership and hands-on assistance to employees who prepare great tasting and great looking food for our guests. Critical responsibilities include being a role model of company policies and philosophies, teaching and coaching employees, and managing controls that contribute to restaurant profitability. Demonstration of a passion for food and attending to the details of food quality, safety and standards is critical.
