We’re on the lookout for a passionate Kitchen Manager to join the Lox fam at our Coogee shop. You’ll be working hand in hand with the Venue Manager, making sure the kitchen runs smoothly and our food is always on point.
We’ve got a fun, supportive team and a buzzing environment, the perfect place for someone who loves food, hospitality, and good vibes.

Running day to day kitchen operations
Working closely with the Venue Manager to keep service smooth
Managing prep levels, ordering, and stock
Training and supporting the team
Ensuring food quality and standards are always high
