POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Kitchen Manager, you’ll lead the heart of the house—ensuring smooth back-of-house operations, top-notch food quality, and a well-trained, high-performing kitchen crew. It’s an exciting opportunity to set the tone for our BOH culture as we enter a brand-new market.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee BOH operations, food prep, safety, and cleanliness standards
  • Train, coach, and develop your kitchen team for success
  • Ensure consistent execution of recipes, quality, and speed
  • Manage food inventory, prep, and labor efficiency
  • Target 50 hours/week schedule
