JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced kitchen Manager to oversee operations in our organic cafe . The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a commitment to food a passion for food safety, and a passion for delivering exceptional honest hospitality. This role involves managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and fostering a positive work environment for staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in restaurant or food service management is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control practices and food safety standards.
  • Experience in training development for staff is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management within the hospitality industry..
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A background as a cook or in other culinary roles is beneficial.
