As a Kitchen Manager, you’ll be a hands-on leader and a key member of the store leadership team. Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Your focus will include managing day-to-day kitchen operations, focusing on food safety standards, overseeing inventory, and influencing activities within prepared foods and dispensed beverage areas to maximize productivity and profitability. Compensation: Starting pay range: $18-20.70‏‏‎ ‎ Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. This position is eligible for quarterly bonuses based on kitchen performance.
