• Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in the food industry.

• Train and supervise kitchen staff, including scheduling shifts and assigning tasks.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment.
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new kitchen staff.
