You will be joining the most exciting social entertaining concept. As a Kitchen Manager in Sixes, you will be responsible for all aspects of back-of-house operations, ensuring our food is prepared to an exceptional standard in a clean & safe environment.
Working closely with the General Manager, you will be a leader who cares passionately about creating a positive workplace for your team. You will be expected to enhance our guest experience, executing the delivery of a fantastic food offering!
You will support the recruitment and induction of all new chefs & kitchen team members. Managing the kitchen rota, you will adhere to agreed targets and deploy team members proactively to ensure consistently high levels of service.
