As a Kitchen manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Executive Chef/Owner in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.

SKILLS

  • Experience in menu planning, food service management, and restaurant management.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and control processes.
  • Familiarity with dietary department practices and food safety regulations.
