Kitchen Manager Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager who is ready to be part of a high volume, fast-paced restaurant in a growing company. View our menu on www.starsandstrikes.com/eat What we’re looking for: Minimum of two years of restaurant experience Management and/or hospitality experience a plus Experience in managing COGS and labor ServSafe certified or able to complete certification Responsibilities: Primary responsibility for all BOH sanitation and operations by following county health standards and the company’s BOH processes. Keeping your team up to date on processes & current specials Daily, Weekly & Monthly inventory on food and beverage items Practice teamwork by assisting co-workers and leading by example Training, developing, and scheduling team members Why join our team?
