JOB SUMMARY

The Kitchen Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen within our establishment. This position requires a dynamic individual with extensive experience in food production and culinary management. The Kitchen Manager will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving, while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Leadership and supervisory skills are essential to effectively manage kitchen staff and ensure exceptional service.

• Proven experience in food production, cooking, and food preparation.
• Strong management skills with previous supervisory experience in a kitchen setting.
• Extensive restaurant and kitchen experience, demonstrating culinary expertise.
• Knowledge of hospitality principles and customer service excellence.
• Exceptional leadership abilities to motivate and guide a diverse team.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
• FoH experience is an advantage but not essential.
