POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Kitchen Manager will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring that food quality, consistency, and safety standards are always met. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, motivates their team through positive leadership, and has a sharp eye for efficiency and cost control.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2–3 years of kitchen management or supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Proven ability to manage costs, including labor and food.
  • Hands-on and motivated, with the ability to perform in a busy environment.
  • Passionate about food, hospitality, and developing people.
