Zephyr is a fiercely independent burger restaurant with a focus on utilising the best beef and ingredients to create memorable experiences. Zephyr has built a reputation for serving downright addictive smash burgers and elevated side dishes you wouldn’t find in an ordinary burger joint.
We are looking for a Kitchen Manager to join the Zephyr Burgers team in Plymouth!
The role will involve overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, managing a dynamic and fun team as well the opportunity to work on developing new specials and menu items. Experience with stock management, staffing, cost control, delivery platforms and computer literacy will be critical.
A core element of this role will be to run the pass and ensure the smooth flow of orders from deliveroo, click and collect, take out and restaurant guests, so the ability to multi task is essential. Hospitality experience is a must and experience in Kitchen Management would be better suited to this role.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Manager or Head Chef preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
